We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Turkey. In this role, you are in charge of the on-line technical support to our customer.
Your main responsibilities are :
• Provide customer technical telephone troubleshooting and on-line support on instruments
• Evaluate needs of Field Service Engineer or Application Specialist intervention
• Organize the intervention when needed.
• Ensure the compliance with the procedures and the process
• Prepare reporting of your activity
We are looking for a professional with a passion for customer care and strong customer focus with a degree in biotechnology and 2 years experiences in biomedical instrumentation. You have very good communication skills and speak English, are highly motivated to work in an international company and are willing to give the best service to our customer every day.
You have a completed military service (for male only) and ideally are living in Anatolian side of Istanbul close to Ataşehir district.
